marshal

Adversarial code review for every pull request.

Marshal deep-reviews each PR the moment it lands, proves or refutes every finding, and posts a verdict you can gate merges on. What reaches your reviewers has already been argued over.

A Marshal verdict on a pull request

A pull request with a green CI check, a Marshal deep-review check reading escalate, and a Marshal comment reporting a high-severity fee-conservation finding

A deep-review verdict landing as a check run and an evidence-backed comment, minutes after the push.

How you use it

  1. Step 1: Login with GitHub

Sign in above and install the Marshal app on your organization.

  2. Step 2: Choose your repos

Toggle the repositories Marshal should review. Everything else is left alone.

  3. Step 3: Push a PR

Every push triggers a review. Verdicts arrive as check runs and comments; the dashboard keeps the history per repo.

What Marshal does

Deep review

Risk grading, lens selection, and hypothesis enumeration on every push, not a single-pass skim.

Proof or refutation

Each finding is adjudicated with a skeptic vote before it reaches your PR. Low-confidence noise is dropped.

Invariant gate

Changes are matched to the checks they must run. A verdict of pass, escalate, needs-human, or block lands as a check run.

Escape ratchet

Every bug that slips through becomes a permanent check. The reviewer gets stricter with every miss.
